As an RBT, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized behavior intervention plans for clients, focusing on children with developmental disabilities. Job Summary: We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Douglasville, GA. The successful candidate will have experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly children, and possess strong data collection skills to monitor client progress effectively. You will also have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate collaboration with team members and families.
