Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Intellistars ABA is a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, dedicated to delivering high-quality care to children and families. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Sugar Hill, GA.
About the role
As an RBT, you will play a crucial role in helping children with autism and other developmental disabilities reach their full potential by implementing ABA therapy programs in one-on-one settings.
Responsibilities
- Implement ABA therapy programs in one-on-one settings with children in their homes, as assigned
- Collect and record data on child behavior, progress, and treatment strategies
- Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to develop and modify treatment plans
- Communicate regularly with families and other team members to ensure consistent and effective care
- Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, including data collection and reporting
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
- Certificate in Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) program or related field
- RBT certification, with willingness to obtain and maintain current certification
- Must be able to pass a background check and obtain professional liability insurance
Working Conditions
- Work environments may include home settings, with occasional travel to office locations
- May require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Pay
Competitive hourly rate: $25 - $30 per hour
