We’re looking for the best Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to work in homes in the West Orange area. Our unique approach prioritizes the needs of our providers in tandem with those of the clients they serve, with a mutual mission to unlock potential and empower others to achieve greatness—in our learners and in each other.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, in-home Applied Behavior Analysis services to children with autism
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of BCBAs
• Collaborate with caregivers and supervision teams to ensure consistency and progress
• Document sessions accurately and maintain professional communication with all stakeholders

Requirements

• Active RBT credential through the BACB
• Reliable transportation to homes within New Jersey
• Willingness to undergo fingerprinting and reference checks
