Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

About the role

Happy Hearts ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in‑home ABA services in the Egg Harbor Township area. RBTs work directly with learners with autism, implement behavior plans, and collaborate with caregivers and the supervision team to make a lasting impact—changing lives one smile at a time.

Pay

Requirements

• Active RBT credential through the BACB
• Reliable transportation to homes within New Jersey
• Willingness to undergo fingerprinting and reference checks prior to working with learners
• Passion for doing ABA right by acting with intention and empathy in every interaction with learners, caregivers, and the supervision team
