About the Role
GreenLight ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy to children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and developmental needs throughout the Tucson, AZ area. Positions are available full-time and part-time with 15–40 hours per week and 4- or 8-hour shifts.
Pay
$25–$31 per hour, based on experience. Bilingual Spanish-speaking RBTs are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities
- Work one-on-one with children and adolescents ages 2–18 in their homes and community settings
- Provide individualized 1:1 ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA
- Implement skill acquisition programs and behavior reduction plans
- Help clients develop communication, social, daily living, and independence skills
- Collect and accurately document session data
- Follow treatment plans and clinical recommendations provided by the BCBA
- Communicate professionally with families, caregivers, and the clinical team
- Support positive behavior change and help clients reach their individualized goals
Requirements
- Active RBT certification required
- Bilingual Spanish-speaking preferred
- Experience working with children is preferred but not required
- Passion for working with children and supporting families
- Reliable, responsible, and dependable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to travel to client homes within the assigned service area
- Ability to pass a background check
