Responsibilities
- Implement client-specific behavioral intervention plans as designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Use positive reinforcement strategies to encourage and reinforce desired behaviors.
- Collect and record data on client progress during therapy sessions and maintain accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other team members to ensure consistency and continuity of care.
- Provide services in home, school, and community settings as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must have a high school diploma; a bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience working with children or individuals with special needs; previous experience in ABA is a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
