Compensation & Schedule
- Pay: $22 – $26/hour (based on experience)
- Hours: Part-time
- Shifts: Flexible, based on client's availability
- Location: Currently staffing cases in Washington County, NC (In-Home and in school Services)

What You’ll Do as a Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school
- Follow treatment plans created by a BCBA
- Track and document client progress
- Collaborate with families and team members
- Create a safe, positive, and supportive environment
What We’re Looking For
- Active Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) certification (or willingness to obtain with company support)
- High School Diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Experience with children or ABA therapy a plus (not required)
- Ability to pass background check
- Reliable transportation for local travel
