Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Glow Forward ABA is seeking passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. We are committed to helping children and families thrive through evidence-based ABA therapy. Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home and in-school
• Follow treatment plans created by a BCBA
• Track and document client progress
• Collaborate with families and team members
• Create a safe, positive, and supportive environment

Requirements

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willingness to obtain with company support
• 40-hour RBT training required (resources available upon request)
• High School Diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
• Experience with children (required)
• Experience with ABA therapy (a plus, not required)
• Ability to pass a background check
• Reliable transportation for local travel

Pay

$22.00 – $26.00 hourly

Schedule

Part-time; schedules are based on client availability with Monday–Friday availability and multiple clients available.

Location: Currently staffing cases in Andrews, NC (in-home and in-school services)
