Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Waynesville, NC Glow Forward ABA is seeking passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team! We are committed to helping children and families thrive through evidence-based ABA therapy. Our supportive culture values collaboration, professional growth, and making a lasting impact in kids’ lives. Location: Currently staffing cases in Waynesville, NC (In-Home and in school Services).

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school
• Follow treatment plans created by a BCBA
• Track and document client progress
• Collaborate with families and team members
• Create a safe, positive, and supportive environment

Requirements

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (or willingness to obtain with company support)
• 40‑hour RBT training required (if willing to complete it; resources available upon request)
• High School Diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
• Experience with children (required)
• Experience with ABA therapy a plus (not required)
• Ability to pass background check
• Reliable transportation for local travel

Pay

$22.00 – $26.00 hourly

Schedule

Part‑time; shifts based on client availability with Monday‑Friday schedules and multiple clients available.
