Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Glow Forward ABA is seeking passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team! Pay

$22.00 - $26.00 hourly (based on experience)

Schedule

• Full-time or part-time
• Shifts are based on client availability with Monday–Friday schedules and multiple clients available

Location

Currently staffing cases in Franklinton/Northeast Raleigh, NC (in-home and in-school services)

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home and in-school
• Follow treatment plans created by a BCBA
• Track and document client progress
• Collaborate with families and team members
• Create a safe, positive, and supportive environment

Requirements

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (or willingness to obtain with company support)
• 40-hour RBT training required (resources available upon request if willing to complete it)
• High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
• Experience with children (required)
• Experience with ABA therapy a plus (not required)
• Ability to pass background check
• Reliable transportation for local travel
