Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school
• Follow treatment plans created by a BCBAT
• Track and document client progress
• Create a safe, positive, and supportive environment
• Collaborate with families and team members

Requirements

• Active Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) certification (or willingness to obtain with company support)
• High School Diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
• Experience with children or ABA therapy a plus (not required)
• Ability to pass background check
• Reliable transportation for local travel
