RBT Job Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, or clinics in the Baltimore County area
- Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior goals
- Communicate effectively with families and clinical supervisors
- Maintain a safe and engaging environment for therapy sessions
Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, or willingness to obtain it (we provide support)
- A high school diploma or GED required; college coursework in psychology, education, or related fields preferred
- Prior experience working with children, especially in special education, childcare, or mental health is a plus
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally to client homes/schools
- Must pass background checks and meet all state/federal requirements
