About The Role
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will provide individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You’ll work closely with clients to implement treatment plans, track progress, and support the development of essential life, communication, and social skills in a structured and encouraging environment.
Responsibilities
- Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision
- Collect and record accurate session data
- Support skill development and behavior-reduction goals
- Maintain professionalism and positive rapport with clients and families
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities related to ABA and special education
Qualifications
- Current RBT Certification (required)
- Previous experience working with children or individuals with special needs (preferred)
- Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology (preferred)
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices (required)
- Experience with behavior management strategies and applied behavior analysis techniques (preferred)
- A background in special education, psychology, or a related field (beneficial)

Schedule
Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Part-time (less than 30 hours per week)
