Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

About the role

At EdenPath ABA, we built this practice around a simple idea: RBTs do their best work when they're supported, trained, and treated like the backbone of great therapy—not just a line on a schedule. We're a Maryland-based, independently-run ABA practice growing the right way—clinically first, culture second-to-none, and systems built to actually support the people doing the work.

Requirements

• Active RBT certification
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Reliable, compassionate, and genuinely invested in the kids you work with

Qualifications

Coursework toward a related field is a plus.

Pay

$28‑$32 per hour plus a sign‑on bonus.
