EdenPath ABA is a Maryland-based, independently-run ABA practice built around the idea that RBTs do their best work when supported, trained, and treated as the backbone of great therapy. The practice focuses on clinical excellence, a strong culture, and systems that actually support the people doing the work.

Requirements

• Active RBT certification
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Coursework toward a related field is a plus

Support & Development

• Direct, hands‑on supervision with reachable BCBAs who treat supervision as mentorship, not just a compliance checkbox.
• Dedicated liaison support handles scheduling and day‑to‑day coordination so you can focus on the kids.
• Built‑in QA systems and goal banks provide clear guidance on what you’re working on and why.
• A clear path toward BCaBA/BCBA with mentorship and support for continuing education.

Pay

$28‑$32 per hour based on experience, plus a sign‑on bonus.
