RBT's will follow client-specific teaching protocols and behavior intervention plans with guidance and support from a BCBA. Data Collection & Documentation - RBT's will collect data on client programs run during therapy sessions and will complete clinical session notes for each therapy session. Administrative Tasks - RBT's may be provided optional administrative time to complete various support tasks around the therapy center such as creating stimuli, setting up therapy spaces, and cleaning/disinfecting the center. Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Qualifications: Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Valid Driver's License Understanding of behavioral health and child development Experience Working With Children And Individuals With Developmental Disabilities Proficient in medical documentation and terminology Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Schedule: Monday to Friday No weekends Work Location: In person
