Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA services to a client in Virginia Beach, VA. This is a consistent part-time position with a structured weekly schedule.
Schedule
- Monday & Tuesday: 4:00 PM – 7:30 PM
- Wednesday – Friday: 9:15 AM – 11:45 AM
- Consistent weekly hours
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy services
- Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA
- Collect and record accurate session data
- Maintain professional communication with caregivers and supervisors
- Follow behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Participate in supervision as required
Qualifications
- Active RBT certification (required)
- Experience working with children with autism preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Professional and dependable
