About the role

At Divine Steps Therapy, we implement ABA therapy practices to help individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder thrive. This position provides one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children diagnosed with Autism and Related Disorders by implementing intervention plans directed by a behavior analyst. You will be fully trained and supported by an experienced team of clinical supervisors and managers invested in your personal and professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy for children in home and community settings to assist them with improving behaviors and acquiring new skills.
• Follow specific protocol for each client and implement individualized ABA programs as set by the treatment plan and directed by a BCBA or qualified health professional.
• Document client sessions by recording data, writing quality session notes, and inputting timesheets.
• Participate in supervision sessions and team meetings.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Background screening and clearance.
• Current driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• RBT certification from the BACB (required).

Pay

$28–$32 per hour (part-time). Competitive hourly rates based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

• Monday to Friday: morning, afternoon, or evening shifts.
• Weekend availability as needed.
