Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavioral Therapists for children with autism, aged 2-9, in both center and home-based settings. Positions are available for both experienced ABA Professionals and recent graduates.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy for children at their home or in our clinic
• Draft reports to relay their progress to senior health professionals
• Help kids build vital life skills surrounding communication and socialization needs
• Create engaging and fun learning experiences
• Foster a supportive and caring environment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Associates degree in related field (or related experience with ABA and/or young children)
• Active RBT status
• A valid drivers license and vehicle

Skills

• Strong communication and socialization skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with play-based and joyful approaches to therapy
