Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

About the role

Carolina Therapeutics, PLLC, is hiring additional Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for its growing in-home and clinic-based ABA therapy practice in Fort Mill, South Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and clinic-based ABA therapy services
• Work with clients to develop and implement behavior intervention plans
• Document progress and outcomes in client files
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings
• Stay up-to-date with the latest ABA therapy techniques and research

Requirements

• Must have or be working towards a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Must be willing to commit to a minimum of 20 hours of direct therapy per week
• Must have obtained their Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certificate
• Prior RBT experience is required

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for helping individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities

Skills

• Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
• Ability to adapt to individual client needs
• Proficiency in using ABA software and tools
