Core Responsibilities
- Implement behavior intervention plans developed by supervising BCBAs
- Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in clinic, home, school, or community settings
- Collect, record, and maintain accurate session data and documentation
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintain a safe, ethical, and supportive therapy environment
- Uphold and maintain an active RBT credential in good standing with the BACB
- Adhere to the BACB RBT Ethics Code and organizational policies
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification issued by the BACB
- Ability to provide credential verification documentation
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- TB test completed within the past 12 months
- Ability to pass criminal background and abuse registry checks
- AZ applicants: valid Fingerprint Clearance Card required
- Reliable transportation to assigned work locations
- Ability to work directly with children for multiple hours per day
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, behavior analysis, or related field
- Prior ABA or behavioral health experience
- Interest in long-term professional development within clinical services
