About the role
We're dedicated to helping children with autism and related disorders reach their full potential. As an RBT, you'll play a vital role in our team, providing in-home ABA therapy to families across Colorado.
Responsibilities
- Deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
- Implement individualized treatment plans and collect data
- Support parent training goals set by the supervising BCBA
- Communicate professionally with families and clinical team
Qualifications
- Current RBT certification, or willing to obtain one (paid training provided)
- Experience working with children
- Reliable transportation
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay range: $24 - $30/hour, based on experience and certification
