About the role
Budding Futures ABA is looking for Registered Behavior Technicians to provide in-home ABA therapy for families across Colorado. We're a smaller, hands-on company — you'll get real support from your BCBA, not just a caseload and a login.
Responsibilities
- Deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
- Implement individualized treatment plans and collect data
- Support parent training goals set by the supervising BCBA
- Communicate professionally with families and clinical team
Requirements
- Current RBT certification, or willing to obtain one (paid training provided)
- Experience working with children
- Reliable transportation
Pay
Pay range: $24 - $30/hour, based on experience and certification
