Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Breakthrough ABA is seeking passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide high‑quality in‑home and center‑based ABA services across the Greater Houston, Beaumont, and Cypress, TX areas. Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in‑home, in‑school, or in‑clinic settings
• Implement treatment plans created by a BCBA
• Collect and report data on target behaviors
• Participate in behavior management programming
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions

Compensation and Schedule

• Pay range: $17.00 – $23.00 per hour
• Schedule: Monday to Friday; flexible shifts based on availability
• Full‑time and part‑time positions available
• Work locations: Greater Houston Area, Beaumont, and Cypress, TX

Skills and Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
• Experience working with children (special‑needs experience is a plus)
• Positive attitude, high energy, and team‑oriented mindset
• Strong ability to build rapport and motivate children
• Must pass a background check
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance
• Willingness to travel to assigned client homes
