Blue Jay ABA is seeking compassionate, driven individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians. We specialize in delivering high-quality, in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our dedicated team of BCBAs and Behavior Technicians collaborates closely with families to provide personalized, evidence-based support tailored to each child's unique needs.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
• Provide one-on-one behavior therapy sessions to individuals with ASD
• Collect and record data on client progress using electronic data collection software
• Work with the supervising BCBA to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
• Engage in ongoing communication with parents to review and monitor the client's progress
• Develop and create teaching materials and visuals
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
