About the role

Blue Jay ABA specializes in providing high-quality, in‑home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our experienced team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs) works closely with each child and their family to deliver personalized, evidence‑based care. We are seeking enthusiastic and dependable BTs/RBTs who share our mission to improve the quality of life for individuals with ASD.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide one‑on‑one behavior therapy sessions to individuals with ASD.
• Collect and record data on client progress using electronic data collection software.
• Work with the supervising BCBA to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
• Maintain ongoing communication with parents to review and monitor the client’s progress.
• Develop and create teaching materials and visuals.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Pay

$23.00 – $28.00 per hour
