About the role
Beyond Core Therapy is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join their team in Ozark, MO.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home and/or in-school
- Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect and document data on client progress
- Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success
- Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions
Requirements
- Must have Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) license
- High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
- Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required
- Completion of 40 Hour RBT training
- Valid CPR and First Aid certificate
- Ability to pass a background check
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally

Pay
Pay Range: $24-29/hour
Schedule
Part-Time: 20 hours/week
Shifts: Monday-Friday 3:30pm -7:30pm
