About the role
Beyond Core Therapy is growing and seeking a passionate, dependable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join the team in Tooele, UT. The position involves working with children in home and/or school environments, making a positive impact as part of a supportive ABA team.
Pay
$24–$29 per hour
Schedule
15 hours per week; Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, 9:00 am–2:00 pm

Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in their home and/or school environment
- Follow individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
- Collect and accurately document data on client progress
- Work closely with BCBAs, families, and other team members
- Help children develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily‑living skills
- Create a safe, positive, and encouraging environment for every child
Requirements
- Active RBT certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of the 40‑hour RBT training (if applicable)
- Valid CPR & First Aid certification
- Ability to pass a background check
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel locally
Qualifications
Experience working with children or in ABA is a plus, but motivated RBTs eager to learn and grow are also encouraged to apply.
