Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Beyond Core Therapy is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Sugar Creek, MO. We are a passionate ABA company dedicated to transforming lives through evidence-based practices. Our culture fosters collaboration, personal growth, and client success.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home and/or in-school
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and document data on client progress
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions

Requirements

• Must have Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) license
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required
• Completed 40 Hour RBT training
• Valid CPR and First Aid certificate
• Ability to pass background check
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally

Pay

Pay Range: $25-30/hour

Schedule

Part-Time: 15 hours/week
Shifts: Monday-Friday 3:30pm - 6:30pm
