What We Offer $21–$29 per hour20 hours per weekMonday–Friday, 3:30 PM- 7:30 PM Bonus OpportunitiesGenerous PTOCareer Advancement Opportunities Supportive clinical and administrative team Opportunities for professional growth and development YOUR ROLE As an RBT with Beyond Core Therapy, you will: Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in their home and/or school environmentFollow individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBACollect and accurately document data on client progressWork closely with BCBAs, families, and other team membersHelp children develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily-living skillsCreate a safe, positive, and encouraging environment for every child What We're Looking For Required: Active RBT certificationHigh school diploma or equivalentCompletion of the 40-hour RBT training (if applicable)Valid CPR & First Aid certificationAbility to pass a background checkReliable transportationWillingness to travel locally Experience working with children or in ABA is a plus — but we're also interested in RBTs who are motivated to learn and grow!
