Position Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy services to clients in home.
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Collect, record, and maintain accurate data on client progress.
- Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other team members to support treatment goals.
- Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment.
- Support clients in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
- Fluent in English.
- Certificate of completion for 40 Hour RBT Training.
- Valid CPR and First aid certificate.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
- Ability to successfully pass a background check.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous ABA therapy experience.
- Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
- Some college coursework in education, psychology, or a related field.
