Responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one ABA therapy services to clients in their homes.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect, record, and maintain accurate data on client progress.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other team members to support treatment goals.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment.
• Support clients in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (required).
• Fluent in both English and Spanish (required).
• 40‑hour RBT training certificate of completion (required).
• Valid CPR and First Aid certificate (required).
• High school diploma or GED (required).
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally (required).
• Ability to successfully pass a background check (required).
• Previous ABA therapy experience (preferred).
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities (preferred).
• Some college coursework in education, psychology, or a related field (preferred).

Compensation & Schedule

Location: Harrisonville, MO

Schedule: Part‑Time, afternoon schedule

Hours: 15 hours per week

Pay Rate: $22 – $28 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
