Job Summary

We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children in an in-home setting. As an RBT with Astra ABA, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, implement treatment plans, and collaborate with a team of experienced professionals.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in an in-home setting, utilizing ABA techniques such as positive reinforcement, shaping, and natural environment teaching (NET)
• Implement treatment and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) with fidelity under BCBA supervision
• Support skill development in communication, social, play, adaptive, and academic domains
• Collect accurate data on client progress during every session and submit same-day SOAP notes
• Collaborate and maintain clear communication with BCBAs, families, and team members
• Protect client dignity, privacy, and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA
• Adhere to BACB Ethics Code for RBTs only and company policies
• Participate in ongoing training and supervision as required

Requirements

• High school diploma required
• Must have experience in SIB
• Ability to work Monday through Friday, 3:00pm-6:00pm

Pay

• Competitive hourly rate of $21-$30 hourly
