Responsibilities

• Provide engaging 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in‑home, in‑school, or in‑community.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect for clients.
• Abide by the BACB’s code of ethics for Registered Behavior Technicians.
• Continue professional development.

Compensation and Schedule

• Pay range: $22 – $32 per hour.
• Part‑time schedule: Monday, Tuesday, and Friday 3:30 – 6:30 PM; Wednesday and Thursday 3:30 – 7:30 PM; weekends (Saturday 10 AM – 1 PM preferred or flexible).
• Location: Monroe, CT.

Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
