About the Role

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work directly with children diagnosed with autism, providing 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to support communication, independence, skill development, and everyday routines. You will follow individualized treatment plans developed by a supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and provide structured, hands-on therapy based on each child's individual needs.

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism
  • Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
  • Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
  • Help reduce challenging behaviors while encouraging positive alternatives
  • Accurately collect and document client progress data
  • Collaborate with your supervising BCBA and clinical team
  • Maintain consistent, professional, high-quality care

Requirements

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
  • Experience working with children with autism
  • Reliable transportation and consistent availability
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
