Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

About the role

We are looking for compassionate, dependable, and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians to join our team throughout Georgia. As an RBT, you will provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to children with autism under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
• Collect accurate session data and document client progress
• Collaborate with the clinical team to provide consistent, high-quality care
• Participate in ongoing training and supervision

Requirements

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required
• Experience working with children with autism is preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable transportation
• Dependable and professional work ethic
• Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
• Compassionate and passionate about working with children
