About the role
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Amaze ABA Therapy is hiring compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in Hagerstown, Maryland to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with autism.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one ABA services as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- Implement individualized treatment plans
- Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
- Collect and document client progress
Requirements
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Experience working with children with autism preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Dependable, professional, and compassionate
