What matters most is that you love working with kids, you’re dependable, and you’re ready to show up. Some roles do require an active certification, but if you’re not certified yet, we’ll help you find your path to getting there. Alpaca Health is a multi-state network of independent ABA therapists, working in homes, schools, and daycares. We hire certified RBTs and motivated people ready to become one.
