Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

About the role

We are Reimagining the autism industry ALL TOGETHER! Be a part of a new adventure and recreate the role of the Registered Behavior Technician for families on the autism journey. We are ALL TOGETHER AUTISM providing child and family-centered services including applied behavior analysis (ABA), clinical psychology, and interdisciplinary care coordination needed to create a pathway to improve functional skills and drive positive change in the lives of those we serve.

Responsibilities

• Work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to provide in-home behavioral support to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.
• Implement personalized behavior intervention plans.
• Collect data on client progress.
• Serve as the primary one-to-one resource for clients and families.

Requirements

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification.
• Experience working as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in a home or center-based ABA setting with children on the autism spectrum.
• Experience with children ages 2-12 years old.
• Must have reliable transportation and mobile phone.
• Willing to work in various settings: home, community, school, and center, Monday through Friday and potential weekends.
• Bilingual, English and Spanish speaking a plus.

Pay

• $22.00-$28.00 per hour.
• Hourly: Up to 30 hours per week guaranteed.
• Full Time and part-time positions available.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday and potential weekends.
