Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home ABA therapy sessions with children on the autism spectrum, under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions to address unique client needs and goals
- Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, including assessment, data collection, and progress monitoring
- Work collaboratively with BCBAs and other team members to ensure effective treatment delivery and client outcomes
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client sessions, progress, and billing information
- Participate in regular training and professional development opportunities to stay current on best practices and ABA methodologies
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must have a current RBT certification and maintain certification through ongoing education and professional development
- Must have experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and/or other developmental disabilities
- Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with clients, families, and team members
- Must be able to lift, bend, and move around the home environment to facilitate therapy sessions
