Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Stanley, North Carolina.

Your expertise will enable our team to deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy services in a home-based setting.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure coordinated care
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and colleagues
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and attend training sessions as needed

Requirements

• Obtain or be working towards certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
• A high school diploma or equivalent required; some college or specialized training preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassion, empathy, and a commitment to providing exceptional care to clients
