As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a vital role in delivering personalized, in-home ABA therapy, utilizing your expertise to create a supportive and enriching environment for our young clients.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum, providing individualized ABA therapy sessions in the comfort of their own homes
• Develop and implement behavioral plans and interventions, collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to achieve therapy goals
• Conduct assessments and monitor progress, making data-driven decisions to modify therapy approaches as needed
• Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring seamless communication with clients, families, and our team of professionals
• Collaborate with families to educate and empower them to support their child's therapy and development
• Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements

• RBT certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
