Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy as outlined in the treatment plan
- Follow behavior intervention plans (BIP) and skill acquisition programs exactly as written
- Maintain client dignity, safety, and respect at all times
- Report changes in behavior, progress, or concerns to the supervising BCBA
- Strong data collection skills to track progress and inform treatment planning
- Provide consistent attendance to maintain client progress
- Care for individuals with diverse needs through a compassionate attitude and excellent communication skills
Requirements
- Active Nevada RBT license
- ABA experience preferred
Qualifications
Reliable transportation and dependability are required due to the need to work in client homes.
Skills
Strong data collection skills, compassion, patience, and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
