Registered Behavior Technician RBT

About the role

Aim Higher ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for individuals with autism. We are a small, supportive team that focuses on play-based, natural environment teaching (NET) and high quality, compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy as outlined in the treatment plan
• Follow behavior intervention plans (BIP) and skill acquisition programs exactly as written
• Maintain client dignity, safety, and respect at all times
• Report changes in behavior, progress, or concerns to the supervising Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Strong data collection skills to track progress and inform treatment planning
• Provide consistent attendance to maintain client progress
• Come with a compassionate attitude, excellent communication skills, and patience for working with individuals with diverse needs

Requirements

• Must have an active Nevada RBT license
• ABA experience preferred

Part time
After school hours (typically starting around 3 PM)
