Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Advanceable ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for home‑based ABA therapy in Wallace, NC and surrounding areas. This part‑time, flexible‑schedule role provides one‑on‑one services in the child’s home, supporting children with autism to develop communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily‑living skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized 1:1 in‑home ABA therapy under the guidance of a Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans to help children develop communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily‑living skills.
• Use evidence‑based ABA strategies and reinforcement techniques.
• Track progress through accurate session data and clinical notes.
• Communicate professionally with families and members of the clinical team.
• Participate in ongoing BCBA supervision and training.
• Stay active and engaged during sessions, including sitting, squatting, walking, running, and playing with children.

Requirements

• Active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain certification with support).
• Passion for working with children and helping others grow.
• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (required).
• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism.
• Ability to work in clients’ homes throughout the Wallace, NC area.
• Preferred: 1+ year of experience working with kids or individuals with special needs.

Pay

Schedule

Part‑time, flexible schedules. Afternoon and after‑school sessions (Monday–Friday; weekends as needed), 15–25+ hours per week depending on availability and client needs. Both part‑time and full‑time positions are available.
