About the role

Part Time Flexible Schedules Earn $25‑$30/hr. Now Hiring in Virginia Beach, Chesapeake and Surrounding Areas. Join Advanceable ABA and become part of a supportive clinical team dedicated to helping children with autism learn, grow, and thrive. This is a home‑based ABA therapy position. You’ll provide services in the child’s home, working in the natural environment where children feel comfortable and can build skills they use every day.

Responsibilities

• Working directly with children to implement individualized ABA treatment plans
• Helping children develop communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily‑living skills
• Using evidence‑based ABA strategies and reinforcement techniques
• Tracking progress through accurate session data and clinical notes
• Communicating professionally with families and members of the clinical team
• Participating in ongoing BCBA supervision and training
• Staying active and engaged during sessions, including sitting, squatting, walking, running, and playing with children

Requirements

• Active RBT certification (or support to obtain certification)
• 1+ year of experience working with kids or individuals with special needs (preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (required)

Pay

Schedule

• Part‑time and full‑time positions available
• Afternoon and after‑school sessions (Monday–Friday; weekends as needed)
• 15–25+ hours per week depending on availability and client needs
