Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Now hiring in Stafford, Fredericksburg, King George & Locust Grove and surrounding areas. This is a home‑based ABA therapy position.

Pay

Earn $21‑$30 per hour.

Schedule

Part‑time flexible schedules; afternoon and after‑school sessions (Monday–Friday; weekends as needed), 15–25+ hours per week depending on your availability and client needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized 1:1 in‑home ABA therapy under the guidance of a Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans with children
• Help children develop communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily‑living skills
• Use evidence‑based ABA strategies and reinforcement techniques
• Track progress through accurate session data and clinical notes
• Communicate professionally with families and members of the clinical team
• Participate in ongoing BCBA supervision and training
• Stay active and engaged during sessions (sitting, squatting, walking, running, playing)

Requirements

• Active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain certification with support)
• Passion for working with children and helping others grow
• 1+ year of experience working with kids or individuals with special needs (preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (required)
• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism
• Ability to work in clients’ homes throughout the service area
