Are you a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) looking to make a meaningful difference in a child’s life? Join Advanceable ABA and become part of a supportive clinical team dedicated to helping children with autism learn, grow, and thrive. This is a home-based ABA therapy position. You’ll provide services in the child’s home, working in the natural environment where children feel comfortable and can build skills they use every day.

Responsibilities

• Working directly with children to implement individualized ABA treatment plans
• Helping children develop communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily-living skills
• Using evidence-based ABA strategies and reinforcement techniques
• Tracking progress through accurate session data and clinical notes
• Communicating professionally with families and members of the clinical team
• Participating in ongoing BCBA supervision and training
• Staying active and engaged during sessions, including sitting, squatting, walking, running, and playing with children

Requirements

• Active RBT certification (if not certified, we’ll support your path to certification)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Ability to work in clients’ homes throughout the service area
• 1+ year of experience working with kids or individuals with special needs (preferred)
• Passion for working with children and helping others grow
