Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Advanceable ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for home‑based ABA therapy in Prince George, Sutherland and surrounding areas. The role involves providing 1:1 in‑home services to children with autism, following individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans directly with children in their homes.
• Help children develop communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily‑living skills.
• Use evidence‑based ABA strategies and reinforcement techniques.
• Track progress through accurate session data and clinical notes.
• Communicate professionally with families and members of the clinical team.
• Participate in ongoing BCBA supervision and training.
• Stay active and engaged during sessions, including sitting, squatting, walking, running, and playing with children.

Requirements

• Active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain certification with support).
• Passion for working with children and helping others grow.
• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (required).
• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism.
• Ability to work in clients’ homes throughout the service area.
• Preferred: 1+ year of experience working with kids or individuals with special needs.

Pay

$21–$30 per hour, depending on experience and credentials.

Schedule

• Part‑time and full‑time positions available.
• Afternoon and after‑school sessions (Monday–Friday); weekends as needed.
• 15–25+ hours per week, based on availability and client needs.
