Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

About the role

This is a home‑based ABA therapy position. You’ll provide services in the child’s home, working in the natural environment where children feel comfortable and can build skills they use every day. Responsibilities

• Working directly with children to implement individualized ABA treatment plans
• Helping children develop communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily‑living skills
• Using evidence‑based ABA strategies and reinforcement techniques
• Tracking progress through accurate session data and clinical notes
• Communicating professionally with families and members of the clinical team
• Participating in ongoing BCBA supervision and training
• Staying active and engaged during sessions, including sitting, squatting, walking, running, and playing with children

Requirements

• Active RBT certification, or support to obtain certification
• Passion for working with children and helping others grow
• 1+ year of experience working with kids or individuals with special needs (preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (required)
• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism
• Ability to work in clients’ homes throughout the [LOCATION] area

Pay

Part‑time flexible schedules earn $22–$27 per hour.

Schedule

Part‑time and full‑time RBT positions available; afternoon and after‑school sessions (Monday–Friday; weekends as needed); 15–25+ hours per week depending on availability and client needs.
